In Greece , Johnson & Johnson was established in 1975, marketing Medical and Consumer products, many of which are produced at J&J's plant in Mandra. Today Johnson & Johnson Hellas employs around 390 people and has an annual turnover of more than 108 million €.
Johnson & Johnson is world-wide recognized not only for products such as Johnson's Baby Shampoo, Band-Aid, Carefree, RoC, Neutrogena, but also for its sensitivity in issues regarding our society.
To be more specific, Johnson & Johnson Hellas, guided by its Credo values, has been active in projects, most representative of which, are the following:
- The purchase of a van, in cooperation with the non-profitable organization “Floga”, for facilitating the transfer of children with cancer and their parents to and from therapy sessions.
- The refurbishment of a building at Children's Hospital “Aghia Sophia”, for blood transfusion of children suffering from Sickle cell Anemia.
- The Safe Fleet Program for its employees.
- The operation of our plant, under polices that aim at protecting the environment
